I'd definitely recommend BYD Stoke because the service received was very helpful and informative and no pressure.

I'd suggest BYD Stoke to a friend because had great service from beginning to end. All queries were dealt with and there was never any pressure applied in terms of sales. I was given lots of information and guidance to ultimately help me make a decision rather than being pushed into one. Communication was on point at all times. The different departments I dealt with were all excellent. From sales, Eva was fantastic.

BYD Stoke were great because the service was excellent, Owen was very supportive and knowledgeable. Loved the reveal of the car on handover day. Owen went above and beyond to ensure I picked the car up on the date that was set.
