The BYD Stoke Sales Team were professional, courteous and informative about their cars from the initial contact to the day of collection. I highly recommend the Service provided by this dealership.

BYD Stoke were great because I supported from the second I entered the premises. Staff know their stuff and were all friendly and willing to help, they have thought out of the box to find solutions and nothing has been to much trouble for them. They recognise the value of time and where possible have speeded up processes by taking advantage of remote digital solutions. They have kept me informed throughout and accommodated all my requests. I love my new car, I'm still amazed by the deal, it's a lot of car (extras) for the money.

The experience at BYD Stoke was good and helpful, test drives given on the day of calling also.
