I'd recommend BYD Stoke because firstly the staff (especially Eva) are extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were met with a very warm smile from Eva who answered all our questions, and then were given a date and time for a test run. We felt comfortable placing our order (through Mobility) back in October, and were fully updated right up to when we took delivery. We were then shown around the vehicle and shown all the features (again by Eva). We were not treated any differently to anyone buying this vehicle through normal channels than through the mobility scheme, and believe me this is not always the case. First class from initial contact right through to delivery.

I was pleased with BYD Stoke and would recommend them because Eva Adams the member of staff who dealt with me was extremely professional and so helpful a truly amazing experience e of buying my first ever new car.
