The experience at BYD Stoke was nothing that I could ask more for. Eva Adams had been exceptional as a car sales profession at BYD Stoke. She was friendly and conversational on the phone when making an appointment for the test drive. She was attentive to customer needs and welcoming when I walked through the doors at BYD Stoke for the very first time.

During the test drive, she listened and captured customer needs and when a question that could not be answered, she would be very honest and queried it with other knowledgeable colleagues as she only joined BYD Stoke for two weeks at the time. At collection, she would ensure the used vehicle be in perfect condition and organised a grand collection ceremony for the customer. The vehicle handover process was as smooth as silk and she would ensure the customer’s need continue when the after sales process completed.

I had a great experience at BYD Stoke because staff jack and his manager were very nice and explained everything with patients. We kept on making changes to the deal and they patiently worked with us and got us what we wanted. Thank you
